Delete your account
How to delete your account and data for any UPeak app, from inside the app or by email.
Delete it in the app
The fastest way is inside the app you signed up in. Each app deletes its own account; deleting one never touches the others.
- PeakU. On the phone, open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your account, your synced health data, plans and coach history are deleted from our servers. Data still on the phone or watch goes when you uninstall the app.
- PeakVital. Open Settings → Account → Delete account on the phone and confirm. Your account and any results synced to it are deleted. Results kept only on the phone and watch go when you uninstall the app.
- PeakBeat. Open Settings → Account → Delete account on the phone and confirm. Your account is deleted. Your music, listening model and workout data stay on your devices, and go when you uninstall the app.
- PeakClothes. Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The cloud backup files are removed first, then the account. Deleting the account does not wipe the phone; Delete all data in the same section does that as a separate, separately confirmed step.
- PeakLook. Sign in to PeakLook (the Android app, the Outlook add-in or the web), open Settings → About & data and tap Delete all my data. Sequences, templates, tasks, settings, cloud backups and tracking records are deleted, and scheduled follow-ups stop. Sign out on your other devices first, or they upload their copy again. Your mail stays in Microsoft 365.
- PeakWatch. PeakWatch has no UPeak account. Your sessions run on your own relay, and the watch keeps only its pairing token: unpair the watch in Settings, uninstall the app, and stop the relay to remove everything.
- PeakVoucher. The wallet is stored on your phone, and the optional backup is a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Uninstall the app (or clear its storage) and delete the backup sheet from your Drive. Signing in with Google gives us no copy of the wallet.
- PeakFinance. In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm. Your membership is removed, and a household you alone own is deleted with its synced data. The copy encrypted on the phone goes when you uninstall the app.
Or ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, or deletion in the app fails, email hello@upeak.io from the address you signed in with. Say which app (or "all of them"). We confirm the request from that address and delete the account and its data within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: the account, your sign-in identity for that app, and everything stored on our servers under it: synced data, backups we host, settings and history.
- Kept for a short time: encrypted infrastructure backups roll over within 30 days, and hosting logs (IP address, time, URL) expire on their own short rolling window.
- Kept if the law requires it: records we must hold for legal reasons, only for as long as required.
- Not ours to delete: data on your own devices, in your own Google Drive or Microsoft 365 mailbox, and bug reports you chose to send, which are filed in our private issue tracker. Ask us by email and we will remove a report too.
Leave the waitlist
