u peak

Two words hiding inside one. The u is not decoration, it is the subject. Nothing here is trying to turn you into a different person with better habits and a nicer morning routine. You choose yourself first. Then you run that person at the top of their range, on an ordinary Tuesday, with whatever you woke up with.

01

Choose yourself

The starting point is the body, the calendar and the attention span you already have. Not a template of a better one.

02

One number at a time

Every app in the suite is trying to move exactly one thing, and it tells you which. Dashboards that show you forty numbers move none of them.

03

Peak is a verb

A peak you hit once is a story. The interesting question is whether you can get back up there this week, and how cheaply.

The method

How a peak gets built

Step one

Measure what you already do

No new routine on day one. The apps read the data you are already generating and tell you what your normal week actually looks like.

Step two

Pick the one thing worth moving

Out of everything measurable, usually one number is holding the rest down. You get told which one, and why it was chosen over the others.

Step three

Run it to the top of your range

Small changes, checked against your own history rather than a population average, until that number sits at the top of what you are capable of. Then the next one.

Questions, answered

What is upeak?
upeak is a suite of small, focused apps for the parts of your day that actually move: how you train (PeakU, PeakVital, PeakBeat), what you wear (PeakClothes) and where your attention goes (PeakLook). They share one profile, so what one app learns about you shows up in the others.
Which apps are in the suite?
Five: PeakU, an AI training coach that unifies your wearables and training apps; PeakVital, a three-test fitness baseline; PeakBeat, workout music that adapts to heart rate and cadence; PeakClothes, a personal stylist for the clothes you own; and PeakLook, an email assistant that drafts replies and runs follow-ups.
When do the apps launch?
All five are coming soon and opening one at a time through a free private beta. Waitlist members are invited in order, starting with the app they said they wanted first.
Is the beta free?
Yes. Beta access is free for everyone on the waitlist. We ask for feedback, not money.
Android or iOS?
Android first, including Wear OS and Galaxy Watch where an app has a watch surface. PeakLook also runs as an Outlook add-in on any desktop. iOS follows after the betas.
Do the apps share my data with each other?
Only through your own upeak profile, and only what helps: PeakVital's baseline lets the PeakU coach plan around it, for example. Health data is encrypted at rest, tied to a per-install identity, and can be deleted outright.
How do I get access?
Join the waitlist below, tick the apps you are interested in and, if you like, tell us what you are training for. That decides which beta you are invited to first.
