Three tests. One number. Your real age.
Three field tests you can do anywhere — an aerobic capacity estimate, a dead hang and a sit-to-stand — scored against people your age and folded into a single Vital age. Retest every six weeks and watch it move.

Three tests. One number. Your real age.
Three tests and one number. VO₂max, dead hang, sit to stand, scored against your age so you know where you are before you decide where you are going.
tests, no lab
An aerobic capacity estimate, a timed dead hang and a 30-second sit-to-stand. A bar and a chair are the only equipment.
number you can move
Each test is a percentile for your age and sex; together they become a Vital age. Younger than the calendar is the goal, and the trend is the point.
weeks between retests
Long enough for training to show up, short enough to stay honest. PeakVital reminds you and keeps every baseline.
What ships in the beta
The high-level map. Every item below is built or in build; the waitlist gets each one as it lands.
Aerobic capacity
A VO₂max estimate from a guided walk-run protocol, or taken straight from your wearable when it has one. The single best predictor of how long you live well.
Dead hang
Grip endurance is one of the strongest longevity markers there is. Hang until you drop; PeakVital times it, sets the median for your age next to it and remembers your best.
Sit to stand
Lower-body power and balance in thirty seconds, from a chair. Simple enough to do today, sensitive enough to show change in a month.
Age-graded scoring
Raw results mean nothing without a reference. Every test becomes a percentile against your age group and sex before it becomes a score.
Vital age and trend
The three percentiles fold into one age. The history screen shows every baseline, what moved between them, and by how much.
Guided test flow
Cues, countdowns and a live heart rate during each test so the protocol is the same every time and the numbers are comparable.
Retest when it is due
A baseline is a snapshot. PeakVital tells you when a retest is due and lines the new number up against the last one.
Private by default
Results stay on the device. No population data leaves your phone without you choosing to share it.
