What PeakLook is

Mail that gets answered. Follow-ups that never die.

Your inbox, drafted and sequenced. It writes the reply and keeps the follow up alive so the thread that mattered does not quietly die at the bottom of Thursday.

Sequences send from the server on a daily schedule. Close the laptop; the follow-up still goes, and stops itself when someone answers.

A shared lock and two ledgers mean a step cannot go out twice, on any device, under any race. Boring by design.

Scans the Focused inbox, skips the newsletters, and saves a Reply-All draft threaded to every conversation that needs one. Read, edit, send.

Sequences

Templates with steps at +3d, +7d, +14d. Enrol a contact once; the sequence writes each follow-up in your voice and keeps the thread alive.

Autopilot

The daily sender runs server-side with no window open, respects send-days and quiet hours, and halts the enrolment the instant a reply lands.

Monitor

Sent, opens, clicks and replies per contact, from signed tracking links that cannot be forged, with filters for who is active, paused or done.

The human steps — call David, send the case study — live beside the automated ones, with due dates that surface in Actions.

A full mail client on Android

Folders, threads, search, compose, attachments and schedule-send in the standalone app. In Outlook, Outlook stays the client and PeakLook is the pane.

Your keys, per request

Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini — your key, sent with each request and never stored. Pick the model in the interface.

Follows you across devices

Settings, templates and enrolments sync through Supabase so a new PC, Outlook on the web or a phone picks up where you left off.

FAQ

PeakLook, answered

Which mail accounts does it support?

Microsoft 365 and Outlook accounts, through Microsoft Graph. It ships as a sideloaded Outlook add-in and as a standalone Android app from the same codebase. Gmail is on the roadmap.

Will it send email without me?

Only the sequences you explicitly enrol a contact in, on the schedule you set, and it stops the moment they reply. Drafts from the AI Drafter are saved as drafts; you send those.

Where do my AI keys and mail live?

Your Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key is sent per request to the proxy and never stored. Mail stays in Microsoft's cloud; PeakLook reads it through Graph with your consent and keeps only what it needs to run sequences.

Can a follow-up go out twice?

No. A shared send lock and two independent ledgers gate every step, so a race between devices or a retry cannot produce a duplicate.

Is it a CRM?

No. It is the part of a CRM most people actually need — the reply and the follow-up — without the pipeline theatre. It works with the inbox you already have.
