One coach for everything you already log.
PeakU sits on top of Samsung Health, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Hevy and Strava, reads them through Health Connect, and turns them into one adaptive coach: a daily Peak Score, plans that bend around how you slept, and answers grounded in your own numbers.

A coach that reads everything you already track.
A coach you talk to. It reads your wearables, your lifts and your runs, then answers in plain language: what today's training load means, whether to push or back off, what the sleep number is actually telling you.
number a morning
The Peak Score folds recovery, sleep, HRV and training load into one readiness number, always paired with a why and a what-to-do.
sources, one coach
Samsung Health, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Polar and Strava through Health Connect; Hevy directly. Useful with one connected, better with each.
new logging habits
You keep logging where you already log. PeakU is the one place you go to understand it and be told what to do next.
What ships in the beta
The high-level map. Every item below is built or in build; the waitlist gets each one as it lands.
Peak Score
Recovery, last night's sleep, HRV against your 30-day baseline and acute-to-chronic load, scored into one number each morning with the call for the day: push, moderate, easy or rest.
A coach that cites its sources
Ask whether to lift today, why recovery is low, or whether the long run can move to Thursday. Every answer says which of your numbers it is based on.
Adaptive running plans
5K, 10K and half-marathon blocks built toward your date, audited for ramp rate and hard-day spacing, and reflowed when readiness drops or a session slips.
Lifting programs, in Hevy
Progressive-overload routines with a routine builder, pushed to Hevy so you train where you already train. PR detection and session scores when you finish.
Recovery, HRV and sleep
HRV status, sleep score, recovery time and load ratio on one screen, with the drivers ranked so you know what actually moved the number.
PeakU Age
A fitness age estimated from aerobic fitness, resting heart rate and sleep, with a confidence range and the one lever most likely to make it younger.
A watch that works alone
The Wear OS app talks to the coach directly: full lifting logger on the wrist, live runs with heart-rate zones, morning brief, fasting timer. Logs offline, replays on reconnect.
Deterministic where it matters
Scores, load and plan progression are computed, never generated. The language model explains them and every reply passes a safety gate; thin or stale data biases intensity down, never up.
